Inspired by a love of the handbag but frustrated by the lack of choice in today's offerings, Design Guru was established to offer women high-quality, customizable handbags. The challenge was accessing the best materials available such as Italian leather and fine-textured lining and creating a system through which people can select styles and colors to reflect their personalities. The key to truly making Design Guru special, however, was incorporating the use of symbols in the design. This additional layer of meaning opened up a new dimension to the bags รข€” one in which individuality could be reinforced, energy created, and inspiration fueled.
